IMPORTANT UPDATE CONCERNING ENTERING AND PARKING ON THE CHS-WEST

BRAND NEW SIDEWALKS ARE BEING CONSTRUCTED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE AUDITORIUM WHICH WILL MAKE EXITING THE BUILDING FOR PROGRAMS A LOT EASIER.  UNTIL WE GET THE GO AHEAD FROM THE DISTRICT, PLEASE DO NOT GO INTO THIS AREA WHEN COMING TO THE AUDITORIUM.  WHEN YOU LEAVE THE BUILDING, PLEASE LEAVE THROUGH THE FRONT DOORS.  THANK YOU.

Today @ 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM  Carl Stuart  Middle School Awards Programs.
Students at Carl Stuart Middle School will be honored for their achievements during the school year.  7th Grade program will start around 9:00 AM and the 8th Grade program will begin about 1:30 PM.  It is free and open to the public. But, do review the information for parking and entering campus on the Parking and Entrance Update tab located above on this page.
This Evening @ 6:00 PM  CAEC Graduation Practice and
Pictures  Students that will be receiving their GED from the Conway Adult
Education Center will rehearse for the program and also take pictures before
Saturday Night's commencement.  This event is closed to the general
public.
Saturday, May 19th @ 7:00 PM  CAEC Graduation  A number
of students at the Conway Adult Education Center will receive their GED's during
this program.  It is free and open to the public.  Doors will open at 6:00
PM.
Sunday, May 20th @ 3:00 PM  CHS Commencement at Verizon Arena in North
Little Rock.  The Auditorium is closed today due to this event.

Monday, May 21st @ 6:30 PM  CHS-East Awards Program
CHS-East will honor their students for accomplishments in the classroom during the academic year.  This program is free and open to the public.
Tuesday, May 22 @ 3:00 PM  Irby Studio of Dance Dress Rehearsal
Dress Rehearsal for performance on Friday, May 25th  This event is closed to the public.  Participants are reminded to review the information that was given to you on Auditorium procedures for this event.
Friday, May 25th @ 6:00 PM  Irby Studio of Dance Recital    
Annual recital presented by this Dance Studio in Conway.  Admission is free and the public is invited to attend.  Doors will open to the general public at 5:00 PM.
Monday, May 28th  Memorial Day Holiday  The Auditorium is Closed
Tuesday, May 29th-Thursday, May 31st Sonshine Academy of Dance Dress Rehearsals. 
Those attending should check with Sonshine Academy on rehearsal times.  This is closed to the general public.

PLEASE NOTE:
The Auditorium will be closed for its normal summer maintenance and vacations from June 3rd to August 12th.  We are planning to be back in operation on Monday, August 13th.  The building is also getting a face lift in the front as well.  So, join us in August when we reopen not only our building but also the new Conway High School for its first year of operation. The Calendar will be updated with the 2012-13 events as soon as we have completed scheduling all school events.
